Bold Stroke for a Villain was featured in the 2023 Aphra Behn Festival with SATE. As a part of this festival, the piece was inspired by Bold Stroke for a Husband by Hannah Cowley. Bold Stroke for a Villain is a reimagining of the ending that Cowley originally wrote for Victoria and Laura.
